We recognise that your personal information is important to you and we share your concerns about how and what personal information is collected, used and shared.  Your rights to privacy are protected by law.  We at Ecoworld NZ 2018 Ltd, have put into place the following policy to protect your personal information.

What personal information do we collect?
The personal information we collect is supplied by you when you complete our online contact form, open an account with us for our services, when you purchase our products and services, or when you give us your personal contact details when you contact us for further information, for which we need to come back to you.

This information may include your name, contact details, email address, credit card details, and any other information required, for us to be able to provide the information and services you have requested.

We hold this information so we can:-

• Complete transactions and administer our relationship with you;
• Investigate and reply to your questions, comments and/or feedback regarding our products or services;
• To gain a better understanding of your requirements around our products and services so we can enhance our provision of these to meet those requirements;
• Assist our marketing in terms of monitoring the Ecoworld website activity and database management with regard to newsletters and other targeted in-house marketing methods;
• Comply with our legal requirements in terms of the H&S at Work Act 2015 to ensure your safety at all times.

How do we use this information?
We will never sell or rent your information to any third parties.  We will use this information for the purpose for which it is collected or secondary purposes through this, which generally includes any way we can complete our delivery of product or service to you, or assist us to manage the documentation we may send to you to help us manage or improve our communication with you.

We do, as a result of our business activity, use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail or emails and processing payments.  Their only access to this information is to be able to perform these services, but they are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.

We take security very seriously and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure by ensuring our server is secure with the latest technology and industry standard data encryption for when we receive your information online.  We do not however, accept any responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, changes or obliteration of any personal information you provide to us.

There are links on our website to other websites, as a result of our business relationships.  These other websites are not controlled by us and have their own privacy standards and policy, which the owners provide.  We hold no responsibility for these linked websites as we establish the links for the information of our customers.

Accuracy of your personal information
We endeavour to keep accurate information at all times.  You have a right to access this information, and ask us to correct, or delete any inaccurate information we have about you.  If you would like to correct any incorrect information, please contact us at any time by emailing us - info@ecoworld.co.nz or by calling 0800 109 202.  We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity.  We will make the changes you have requested within 10 days of receiving your request.

We will review the information included within this policy from time to time and will post the new version in its place on this website, with the new live date.  The current document represents our policy as at 31 July 2019.
